Gift voucher terms

Valid for 12 months from the day it's sent to the recipient (the day it's bought, if it goes straight away), unless the voucher says otherwise.
It can be passed on: whoever has the code can redeem it, once, on their Drift account.
Sessions are booked as usual, subject to availability, on the session types the voucher covers (not private hire unless it says so).
It can't be exchanged for cash, and any sessions left when it expires are lost.
You can cancel within 14 days of buying it for a full refund if it hasn't been used. After 14 days it's non-refundable.
If a booking made with the voucher is cancelled in time, the session goes back on the voucher while it's still valid. A missed session, or one cancelled too late, is used.

We keep your and the recipient’s names and email addresses to deliver the voucher; the recipient’s email is used for nothing else. See our privacy notice and terms.
